About the Role
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to source, negotiate, and lock up residential investment deals. This is a commission-focused position designed for someone who wants to directly control their income and is willing to get out what they put in.
You will be talking to homeowners, running numbers, structuring offers, and working closely with our team to get contracts to the closing table.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing motivated sellers through inbound leads, outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Building rapport with homeowners and understanding their situation and goals
- Analyzing properties and running basic numbers to determine profitable offers
- Presenting and negotiating offers that work for both the seller and the company
- Coordinating with our internal team, title/attorneys, and buyers to get deals closed
- Maintaining a clean CRM, task list, and pipeline so nothing slips through the cracks
How You Get Paid
This role is heavily performance-based with a strong upside:
- 20% Commission on Your Own Deals
You earn 20% of the net proceeds on every deal you personally acquire that successfully closes.
Example: If a deal’s net proceeds are $100,000, your commission on that deal is: $100,000 × 20% = $20,000.00
- 2% Override on Team Deals (Not Yours)
To keep you motivated and ensure consistent income, you also earn 2% of the net proceeds on every closed transaction that isn’t yours, across the team. As the team does more volume, your override grows.
- 3% Base Salary (Performance-Linked)
In addition to commissions and overrides, you receive a base salary tied to overall business and team performance (targeted at approximately 3% of company-wide net results).
Your “base” grows as the company and the team produce more.
Your net salary and overall income are directly tied to how well you perform and how well the team performs.

Basic Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Ability to learn real estate numbers and deal structures quickly
- Reliable internet, phone, and workspace
- Comfortable using CRM/lead management tools (or willing to learn)
- Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus but not required if you are extremely motivated
